Shana grew up on the island before it was officially called Fleming Island; attending high school at Clay High School in Green Cove Springs, and then attending college at Florida State University. After graduating from FSU, Shana moved to the Pacific Northwest for some time, which gave her a greater appreciation for Northeast Florida and all that it has to offer, and she was drawn back. Having a combined 25+ years in the area, Shana is an expert in Northeast Florida.
