A little about me...
Kevin Manrique, a Commercial Realtor® with The Wilkins Way — and a proud 4th generation Tampa native. Growing up here, I developed a deep love for this community and a firsthand understanding of how much Tampa Bay has grown and evolved over the decades.
My professional journey has been rooted in commercial real estate since 2005, spending over 20 years as a Florida State-Certified General Appraiser. That background gave me an incredibly rare and intimate knowledge of commercial property values, market dynamics, and investment potential across the Tampa Bay area — knowledge I now put to work directly for my clients as a commercial sales agent.
What I bring to the table is something most agents simply don't have: I've spent two decades analyzing the very properties I now help people buy and sell. Retail centers, multifamily communities, medical offices, industrial properties, and some of Florida's most unique assets — I know them inside and out.
Being a Tampa native means this isn't just business for me. This is my home, my community, and the place I want to see thrive for generations to come.
