A little about me...

My name is Diane Marshall Hanna. I was born in Scotland. I met my husband, John known as Iain in High School and we were married in 1985. He currently works as a Systems Engineer at Cole Engineering. We have two sons, Cameron Fraser Hanna, he has his Pharm D, and works as a pharmacist and he recently married Allison Gehres, who we adore. They live nearby in Ventura Golf and Country Club, and they are looking to buy a home as soon as they can save up enough for the deposit. Our youngest son is Alexander George Hanna aged 21, and he is in college in Gainesville. I worked for Bank of Scotland in Fife Scotland from 1979 to 1982 mostly as a cashier. I worked for National Westminster Bank in Yeovil and Aylesbury in England from 1982- 1988 by this time, I was a supervisor and trained staff. I worked for Bank of Scotland Visa Card Center 1991 - 1993. I worked for Halifax Building Society 1993 - 1997 part-time as a cashier. Moved to Orlando in 1997, due to a contract my husband was working on with Lockheed Martin. I didn't have a work visa for a few years, so I went back to Valencia College, and I received my AS Degree in Graphic Design Technologies in 2001. I started my own work from home business in 2009 called Digraffix, I designed logos, posters, adverts, billboards and I worked for the US Army for a year designing manuals for a Simulator. My business was very successful, but not steady income and I missed working in a team. We got our Green Card in 2009, and later became U.S. citizens in 2015.

I started to work as a Registrar in Baldwin Park Elementary in 2016 to 2019. Then I moved to Stone Lakes Elementary as Registrar in 2019, mainly due to the proximity to home. This was the school my son went to, so it was very familiar and I absolutely loved working back in the community. I later applied for the Secretary and Bookkeeper position in 2021. I enjoy the interaction with all the staff and my duties are extremely varied from working with all the finances of the school, the budget, bank statements, HR and Approving timesheets, Workers Comp and submitting work orders for repairs, ordering substitute teachers and managing the purchases for the school. I do enjoy my job, but the compensation, working for a public school is not good. I decided to get my Real Estate License initially to save money on selling our own home and our 3 investment properties, but I realized I would love to fully transition to this position when the time is right. I think my friendly personality is well suited to this and I really love Real Estate, and everything that goes along with the industry. To be honest I should have done this years ago.

She took the initiative in every way to make sure we were prepared to sell, advertising, setting the appropriate price, getting back to every interested buyer and getting ALL the paperwork ready. If there was a bump, she went after it to get things smoothed out. If I had a question, she got back to me immediately. I was in great hands with Justine and we mRead MoreRead Less
"We were referred to Justine and Kalee by our friend and we are so happy with them. We bought a house remotely and they did everything to make the process as smooth as possible. Justine was very proactive in communications, trying to point out any gotchas, and helped us every step of the way to our first home purchase.
